Cost Benefit Analysis
A good business decision can be made only and if the cost and benefit of countermeasure is understood first. "A cost\benefit analysis compares countermeasure costs with money saved by having it in place. Cost of countermeasure = cost of purchase, maintenance, affects on productivity, updating, interoperability." Thank you Maria!
