Bloom Energy and Fuel Cells

Programme Director Daniel has brought to our attention to this video on California startup Bloom Energy and their fuel cell power generation technology. Daniel acknowledges that with all fuel cells "the cost is still too high and production and distribution of source fuel still not solved." Also, it is still carbon in / carbon out. However, do the greatly improved efficiencies of these type of technologies offer promise? Feel free to comment!
